Nothing beats a Police chase in California, they are always exciting. This one lasted 35 miles and involved a man dressed as a clown.
I wonder if this guy does parties? Besides bringing fun and entertainment to those on the road, my favorite part was the beach. He actually stopped to help bury a guy in sand . You would figure he would have tried to bury himself instead.
After a quick swim it was off to jail. But he kept the clown wig on. I wonder if that is his real hair?
